Terms of Service

1. The service

Blomine lets sellers list servers, buyers make offers, and both parties complete acquisitions through Blomine's escrow-based transaction process.

Blomine is not a party to the sale agreement between buyer and seller unless expressly stated.

2. Transaction process

All acquisitions agreed on Blomine must be completed through Blomine's transaction flow. Buyer payments are collected and held by Blomine in escrow until the release conditions are met, and are then paid out to the seller.

3. Fees

Blomine charges a transaction fee on completed acquisitions, currently tiered by purchase price: 10% under €1,000, 8% under €10,000, 6% under €100,000 and 4% from €100,000, paid by the seller. The fee, who pays it, and the total are shown before a buyer submits an offer and before funding. Fee settings may change; changes do not affect transactions already opened.

4. Accounts and verification

You must provide accurate information. Blomine may require identity checks in line with [KYC/AML REQUIREMENTS] before funds are released.

5. Prohibited conduct

No fraudulent listings, misrepresented metrics, circumventing the transaction flow to avoid fees, or listing assets you do not own or have the right to transfer.

6. Disputes
