Seller Agreement

This agreement applies when you list and sell a Minecraft or Discord server on Blomine operated by [LEGAL ENTITY].

1. Listings

You confirm you own, or are authorised to sell, every asset listed, and that metrics you provide are accurate.

2. Transaction fee

Blomine charges a transaction fee on completed acquisitions (currently 10% under €1,000, 8% under €10,000, 6% under €100,000 and 4% from €100,000, deducted from your proceeds). Depending on the fee allocation shown on the transaction, the fee is paid by the buyer, deducted from your proceeds, or split.

3. Transfer

Begin the transfer only after Blomine shows the funds as secured. Transfer every item on the checklist and mark it as transferred.

4. Release of funds

Funds held by Blomine in escrow are released to you after the buyer confirms receipt or a dispute is resolved in your favour, via [PAYOUT METHOD], subject to [KYC/AML REQUIREMENTS].

5. Disputes

If the buyer reports an issue, you may respond with your account and evidence. Blomine may request more information, continue, cancel or resolve the transaction under [DISPUTE PROCEDURE].
